detail to 0760 400 500 or simple send the word 'reg' to us. |

PLEASE NOTE: If you wish to skip
the pre-registration process and require the full service
immediately, please phone the Supervisor allocated to your area directly. He/she will provide you with a JBNumber,
the access codes, the bank detail and information required to complete the registration. This process normally is completed before 24hours. Before you make any payment you must first receive a
unique JBNumber from the Supervisor and you must use these JBNumber as your reference inside your
payment. The information required is the same as the pre-registration details and you can use the bank details below to make the necessary payments.
If no Supervisor is allocated to your specific town it is required to follow the pre-registration process as this will assign an Supervisor and the necessary support to your specific town. |

To follow is a summery and description of all the detail we require upon
your pre-registration: |

Preferable JBNumber: |
You can choose to
provide your own unique JBNumber in stead of using a random
generated number provided by InfoCountry. The format of the
JBNumber is specific and allows you flexibility within only
the 6 last digits which you can specify yourself. To specify
your own number requires and setup fee of R150 (once off payment).
The format of the JBNumber is: TheTownCode-TheCountryCode-YourSpecificNumber
Ex: 9500za123456 - Where '9500' equals
Kroonstad, the 'za' represent South Africa and the '123456'
number is the business unique identification number.
You can only provide us with the last 6 digits (YourSpecificNumber)
we will add the first 6 character to it. To specify your own
unique number provides you the benefit that your customers and
yourself will be able to easy remember your number for further
references.

This is the name of
your business. |

Province: |
The province in which
your business is located. For business which does not operates
from a specific location must specify the province from which
they will mainly operates their business from. This detail is
used to specify the correct Supervisor to manage your business
detail. |

Town: |
The town in which your
business is located. For business which does not operates from
a specific location must specify the town from which they will
mainly operates their business from. This detail is used to
assign the correct Supervisor to manage your business detail. |

Town Extension: |
The area within the
town in which your business is located. For business which does
not operates from a specific location must specify the town
area from which they will mainly operates their business from.
This detail is used to assign the correct Supervisor to manage
your business detail. |

Person name: |
The person we can
contact for more detail. |
|
Phone number: |
The phone number for
the person we can contact. |
|
Email address: |
An email address that
we can use to keep you updated with the pre-registration (if available). |
|
SMS number: |
Any SMS capable device
(normally a cell phone number) that we can use to keep you
updated with the pre-registration (if available). |

Maintenance type: |
You can choose
between two option; maintain your information by yourself or
you will make use of an InfoCountry Editor to update your business
detail for you on every month. To choose an Editor resolved in
a small extra
fee. |

Street name and number. |
The street name and
number in which your business is located. For business which
does not operates from a specific location is not required to
add any information to this area. This detail will be available
to the public after the completion of your pre-registration. |

Alternative message. |
You can use this area
to inform us about any concerns or support that you requires.
You can also use this area to tell us more about your
business. You can leave this area empty. |

To follow is the steps to follow for your web site to be alive on the Internet: |

1) |
Choose all the options
that you are interested in (you can change it on any month). |
|
2) |
Use one of the options provided to
pre-register your business. This adds the minimum information
required to complete your registration to our database. |
|
3) |
JBNet will then evaluate your
detail and determine which Supervisor will be responsible for
it. After all the information is evaluated and the necessary amendments
to your accesses codes is made (if necessary) then JBNet will
inform you about the completion of the evaluation process and
provide you with the proper username and password to log in at the log-in
page (the log-in page link is available at the InfoCountry's home
page). Your pre-registration web page (which is available
to you after you have successfully logged in) provides you
with all the detail you have entered and provide the summery
of the payments that you have to make. This information will
be available for you for 14 day's and the JBNumber assign to
your detail will be on "Reserve" (meaning that the JBNumber
and web space is set on reserve for you until the necessary
payments is made by you).
You do not have to log in for
the registration process to continue. This control panel is
only for your own reference. |

4) |
For the rest of the two weeks,
JBNet will wait for you to make the necessary payments
for the setup fee and the monthly deduction (for as long as
you required the service). |

5) |
Make the necessary bank
deductions. |
|
6) |
Email,
fax
or SMS
us to inform us about your payment. Always use your new
provided JBNumber as the reference number.
In many cases InfoCountry will
confirm your payment (by an email or SMS message)
even before you could inform JBNet. |
|
7) |
InfoCountry will then send you a
confirmation and a welcome message to confirm your payment.
Your detail is then forward to the Supervisor which will make
the necessary arrangements according to the the options you
have chose. The Supervisor will update your detail to the full
InfoBiz service and you are now able to log-in as a valid
"registered Customer". You will now have a
full control panel to update your information and your status
is now updated to 'Under
Construction' (meaning that you are now a valid client and
that you are busy updating your information). At this state you will also receive a phone call by one
of our Editor to make an appointment with you to capture all your
business detail for you (that is; if you have chose and paid
to use an Editor
option). You can update your detail by yourselves and you are welcome to phone
JBNet or your nearest Supervisor for assistance. There is no
limitations on the amount of times that you can update and
change your web pages data. You can download
the forms for all the information that you can add to your
business. Various forms is available for printing. This allows
you to write the
information on paper and add it at a later time to your pages.
You will be surprise to see how easy it is to updated any of
your detail. The
report page available to you during your log-in session will also indicate your new
status (at the bottom of the page). Your web site pages is still not available to the
public as it is still not set to approved by the
Supervisor. |

8) |
After all your information is added
to your business pages you now must inform your local
Supervisor (or JBNet if the Supervisor is not available) about
it. The Supervisor (or JBNet) will then change your business
status to 'approved' (meaning that your web pages
contains now valid information). Your information is now available
to anyone on the Internet to view and to use. The SMS service,
the JBNumber and the web pages will also be available to
the public and to your self. You will now have a full web site
with all your business detail attached to your own unique URL
(Uniform Recourse Locator) in the format of: http://www.InfoCountry.com/YourJBNumber. |

Above steps can
be completed within one week or less depending on the time it
takes to capture your business detail (See step 7 to 8). |

9) |
Advertise your web site to your
clients, friends and co-workers. Use the JBNumber
as your key reference. |
|
10) |
From this point onwards you can
change your detail as regular as needed. There is no extra
fees for updating or changing your detail. The Editor
will update the business
information for you on every month which allowing you to concentrate
more on your business than the web site. The Editor will
closely and with great care monitor your web site information
on a regular basis. |

11) |
In case you decide to stop your Internet
service for a month or two, while you not required
the Internet service, you can inform your local Supervisor (or
JBNet if the Supervisor is not available) about it and the
Supervisor will set your business status to 'Hold' (meaning
that your web pages is currently on hold until further notice).
For this time you will not be charged for any payments and we
will host your information for you for FREE!. This privilege
is valid for only three month per year. During this time the business
information and the additional services will however not be available
to you or to the public. |

12) |
In case you decide to end your
account with us, we will set your business status to 'Cancelled'
for the next two months. This provide you with another two
month to reconsider your cancellation. In case we did not
hear anything from you during the time period we will then remove all your detail from our service and you are
required to following the complete registration process from
the beginning (Steps1 to 12) if you require the service again
in the future. |
