Register Business: By Post or Fax it

To post or fax your request to get registered required specific detail included in your letter. Below is all the information you must include in your letter. To make the pre-registration easy for you we provide you with a standard form that you can download and print out. Use this form in your letter and fill in as many detail as possible. The post method might take up the most time but both options provide you the ability to distribute the form to all your friends and co-workers and to keep it on your desk until you ready to register your business. We will respond on your request within 24hours to the Email or SMS number provided. Our response will provide you with a JBNumber (requested by you or provided by us) and we will set your web pages status as 'Reserve'. Registration through the post or by faxing it is only valid for two weeks (upon receiving of your letter). If you make the necessary bank deductions (by using the JBNumber as the reference number) before the expired date we will change your web pages status to 'Under Construction' which provide you with all the service advantages. If you chose for our Editors to update your web pages for you the Supervisor will arranged a meeting with you to capture all your business detail. If you however do not continue with the registration process before the expired date your request will be removed from our list. You can again reregistered for the service at any time. (You are under no obligation to complete the registration process).

Information required is:

Person Description   Preferable JBNumber: Choose your own JBNumber. This cost R150 to set up. * Business name: The name of the business. * Province:  Choose one of the following: Eastern Cape, Freestate, Gauteng, Kwazulu Natal, Limpopo, Mpumalanga, North West, Northern Cape, Western Cape. * Town:  Town name from where the business operates from.   Town Extension:  Town extension from where the business operates from. #* Phone number:  The person name and phone number we can contact. # Email address: An email we can use to inform you with the registration process (if available). # SMS number: An SMS number we can use to inform you with the registration process (if available). * Maintenance type: State who will update the web site detail. The options is:  We must update it or you will do it your self by using the control panel provided by us. Both options can also be requested.   Street name and number. The physical business location.   Alternative message. Add any comments or questions you have below the general detail.      Note: The questions market with a * is required. Note: The questions market with a # will be used to inform you about the registration process.            Below is an example of the form you can download to post or fax your registration to us.        Note: When you click on the above image it will open another window with only the form that is displayed. You can use it to print it direct from your browser instead of downloading it first.            If you do not provide us with all the information listed above we will get in contact with you in order to complete the registration. This will delay the registration process.

This will add your registration detail to our database. This new business approval will be set to 'Reserve'. This submitted registration form will be valid for 14day's only.

Note: We will not use this information for anything other reason than to registered your business. We also will not bother you with advertisements. You can ignore your request at anytime if you wish.
