If InfoCountry cannot provide strong support and maintenance to their services, then the service it self will become unfeasible for anyone to use. For the service to be unique and to be of a high standard, we have undergone many hours of time and development in order to provide an outstanding support and maintenance plan. A complete and well structured management information system is developed so that we are able to provide services to every aspect of client satisfaction within the InfoCountry service.
The information management system is developed in such a way to have complete control over every section within InfoCountry and to provide sufficient support and tools to their employees to complete the tasks allocated to them. This system is managed through the Internet and the physical location of the maintenance and support team are irrelevant. Accept from the technical side, for maintaining and supporting the system, additional people is employed to support businesses and individuals

The following person/s are used to provide a service to the public.

Provide feedback, advertising of InfoCountry businesses listed and technical support. |

Assist the town people with ads they wish to publish on InfoCountry.
Assist and employ Editors to maintain the business information.
Provide support to businesses, Editors and special organizations where a town has been allocated to him/her. |

Update and maintain business information on InfoCountry databases.
Provide support to Customers.
Provide feedback to businesses on any contents that require attention on their business web pages. |
