About.
These are all the people who interact with InfoCountry construction and services. This information is a general overview which directly concentrates on the actual web site and the people involved in updating and maintaining different divisions of it. In general it provides an overview of who is responsible for the division service and information.

JBNet.
JBNet can access any Supervisor, Editor and/or Customer editing pages if needed. 
 
JBNetInfo:
  • Update and maintain all JBNetInfo pages.
  • Upload the Supervisor images to the 'About us Supervisor' page.
InfoTown:
  • Brows through all InfoTown pages and send messages to a Supervisor if required.
  • Assist Supervisor with InfoTown information and services.
  • Provide technical assistance when required.
  • Inform Supervisors of any changes with regard to their specific town.
  • Verify the report pages results.
InfoBiz:
  • There is no direct contact from JBNet to InfoBiz and therefore JBNet will work through the Supervisors to address any matters which may arise.
  • Verify the report pages results.

Supervisors.
This service is only available to Supervisors for their specific town location. 
Supervisors can access any Editor and/or Customer editing pages within the town which has been allocated to him/her by JBNet if needed.
 
JBNetInfo:
  • Provide an image and detail about his/her profile to JBNet for the JBNet 'About us Supervisor' page.
InfoTown:
  • Update and maintain all InfoTown pages for their specific town.
  • Browse through InfoTown pages and delete all out-of-date contents.
  • Receive update information about the town.
  • Verify the report pages results.
InfoBiz:
  • Provide Editors to update business detail.
  • Provide Usernames and Passwords to Editors and Customers.
  • Add new businesses.
  • Assist Editors within their various tasks.
  • Verify the report pages results.

Editors.
This service is only available to Editors for the specific business allocated to them. 
Editors can access any Customer editing pages for the businesses allocated to him/her by the Supervisor, if needed.
 
JBNetInfo:
  • There is no direct contact from the Editors to JBNetInfo and therefore the Editors will work through the Supervisors to address any matters which may arise.
InfoTown:
  • There is no direct contact from the Editors to InfoTown and therefore the Editors will directly address any matters which may arise to their immediate Supervisor.
InfoBiz:
  • Update and maintain all business pages that are allocated to them by the Supervisor.
  • Add search contents to businesses.
  • Inform the Supervisor of any content which may arise while providing the service to the town businesses.
  • Work in close relationship with the businesses and request any content that may change within a business environment. 
  • Work in close relationship with the businesses Customer. 
  • Verify the report pages results.

Customers.
This service is only available to Customers for their specific business. 
No Customer is responsible or requested to update any contents of their business. Businesses can update their business content by themselves as many times as they required. 
 
JBNetInfo:
  • There is no direct contact from the Customers to JBNetInfo and therefore the Customers will work through the Editors to address any matters which may arise.
InfoTown:
  • There is no direct contact from the Customers to InfoTown and therefore the Customers will work through the Supervisor to address any matters which may arise.
InfoBiz:
  • Update and maintain the business pages for their specific business.
  • Verify the report pages results.

    Note: The editing pages is only available when the business status is set to 'Approved ' or 'Under Construction' by the Supervisor. When the business is 'Unapproved' then only the report page and message system will be available.

Other.
This is a reference to other people who may interact or use the InfoCountry web information and/or services.
 
Web surfers:
  • Contact JBNet or the town Supervisor for any services required.
  • Send message to JBNet by using the JBNetInfo form page facility.
  • Inform the town Supervisor of any problem which may arise while surfing within the InfoCountry web site.
