The following contents is a reference of  the duties which must be performed by the various InfoCountry employees. This will provide valuable information to anyone that requires a particular service or support from an InfoCountry employee.

JBNet duties.
JBNet general:
  • Reply to messages.
  • Have access to the Supervisors pages.
  • Have access to the Editors pages.
  • Have access to the Customers pages.
  • Add town coordinates to every town. 
JBNet via InfoCountry:
  • Upgrade the web site to fulfill in web standards and do any maintenance if needed.
  • Update and maintain all contents of JBNetInfo.
  • Update and improve any contents of JBNetInfo, InfoTown and InfoBiz pages.
  • Provide form filling pages for all employees and Customers to complete their required duties.
  • Provide technical advice to any InfoCountry user. JBNet will provide general and technical support to Supervisors, businesses and/or to any person seeking for information about InfoCountry, or redirect any query to the proper person.
  • Monitor and keep record of all the payments made for the InfoCountry service/s.
  • Provide documentation about the requirements, structure and legal aspects of InfoCountry.
  • Provide courses which stipulates the tasks requested by JBNet for InfoTown and InfoBiz.
  • Advertise InfoCountry (Especially InfoBiz).
  • Constantly do marketing research to improve InfoCountry.
JBNet via Supervisors:
  • JBNet is responsible for all the Supervisors.
  • Add new towns to InfoTown and InfoBiz and assign Supervisors to those towns.
  • Evaluate the pre-registration for new businesses and inform the proper Supervisor about the pre-registration.
  • Update and maintain every town Supervisor's profiles.
  • Provide Usernames and Passwords to all Supervisors.
  • Provide courses, designed for the Supervisor, for efficient operation.
  • Guide and assist Supervisors to add town information and add Supervisor detail to the JBNetInfo about us page.
  • Guide and assist Supervisors to employed Editors into the InfoBiz structure.
  • Give support to the Supervisors and Customers enquiries.
  • Provide feedback to Supervisors about InfoCountry growth and strength as well as future development.
  • Conduct meetings with the Supervisors and businesses for further development in the growth of InfoBiz.

Supervisors duties.
Supervisors general:
  • Reply on massages.
  • Add or Remove Catalogue data. (Types, Trades and Location).
  • Have access to the Editors pages that he/she is assigned to.
  • Have access to the Customer pages that he/she is assigned  to.
  • Update and maintain all contents of InfoTown and InfoBiz.
  • Supervisors must follow the rules and regulations of JBNet.
  • Follow the rules and regulations as stipulated at JBNetInfo about us - policies page.
Supervisors via InfoTown:
  • The Supervisor is responsible for collecting information about the town.
  • Work in close relationship with InfoTown specifications and future requirements.
  • Provide separate advertising for their assigned Town.
Supervisors via InfoBiz:
  • Supervisors are responsible for the businesses in their town and will provide the support and advice to improve the strength of the InfoCountry web site. 
  • Add or Remove businesses from InfoBiz web site.
  • Update Editors name, user and passwords.
  • Update Customers name, user and passwords.
  • Assign business web pages as: Approved, Unapproved or Under construction.
  • Fulfill in the request and needs of any Editor or Business as far as possible. Provide support for all businesses within their town.
  • Encourage people to use the InfoBiz services.
  • Do constantly marketing re-search for new businesses.
Supervisors via InfoBiz, Editors and Customers:
  • Assign, remove and/or change Editors who update business contents.
  • Give support to the Editors and Customers enquiries. Guide and assist Editors in updating and maintaining business contents.
  • Discipline any Editor who fails to follow the requirements, structure and/or legal aspects of InfoCountry.
  • Provide feedback to Editors about InfoCountry growth and goals.
  • Inform and assist Editors about any changes and/or upgrading.
  • Provide username and passwords to Editors and Customers.
  • Request and encourage any business about feedback on the Editors.

Editors duties.
Editor's general:
  • Reply to messages.
  • Have access to the Customers pages that are assigned to them by the Supervisors.
  • Provide support to Customers.
  • Work in close relationship with their immediate Supervisor.
  • Follow the rules and regulations as stipulated at JBNetInfo about us - policies page.

These are only applicable if the business has choose to use a Editor to update their business information for them.
 

Editor's tasks:
  • Gather information about business contents.
  • Update and maintain all businesses web pages - at least once a month. Business pages include: Message (Msg),  Search, Home, FAQ, Feedback form, News, About Us: Where we are (WWA), About Us: Contact Numbers (CN),  About Us: History, Information, Catalogues, Gallery and Products.
  • Add/update and/or remove business search contents. 
  • Update any business, 'recommended update' and 'Under Construction' contents as soon as possible.
  • Upload and update business pictures and logos provided by the business.
  • Inform a business about any changes.
  • Inform their Supervisor of any problems relating to incorrect reports.

These are only applicable if the business has choose to use a Editor to update their business information for them.

Customer's general.
  • Reply to messages.

Customer's tasks.

  • Provide the images which the Editor must update.
